Returns, refunds and exchanges

The following is a summary of our terms and conditions relating to returns, refunds and exhanges. You should refer to our full terms and conditions by using the links.

Returns and refunds

Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Provided they are in an unused and saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the product including the cost of sending the product to you or the gift recipient, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of perishable products (such as food or flowers) or products made to order unless these are defective (see below). Please refer to section B5 and section B8 of our terms and conditions.

Products considered to be defective should be returned to us and, provided we agree that the product is defective, we'll give you a refund for the cost of the product plus any delivery costs (including the cost of returning the product to us). Please refer to section B8 of our terms and conditions.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any product for another product on our site provided that we are notified within 7 days of the delivery date and the product is returned to us in an unused and saleable condition within a further 7 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us and for the cost of sending the replacement product to you. See section B9 of our terms and conditions.
